【アンティークエレガンスピアノ柄が出来るまでのお話】 ～曲作り編～
完成までに1年以上かかったオリジナルプリントのお話しです。
アンティークエレガンスピアノ柄を作る際に
1番初めにした事は「曲作り」
楽譜柄を作るのであれば既にある楽曲を使えば楽ですが、
楽をしないのがアンシャンテリー。
先ず曲を作れる方から探しました。
デザイナーフミエルさんの猫家族の
Die MilchのCoco様に仔猫をイメージした曲を依頼。
仔猫が大人の猫ちゃんを真似て優雅に歩いているつもりだけど
実際には好奇心旺盛な仔猫は目に映る物全てが初めて見る世界。
目に入ってくる物全部に興味を持ち真っ直ぐには歩かず、
ワルツを踊っている感じの軽やかな旋律のように歩いている
イメージ等を伝えてCocoさんと相談して完成したのが
「仔猫のワルツ」
出来た曲を、楽譜とピアノとヴァイオリンで演奏してもらい
さらに想像を広げて、次はイラストのイメージを作りました。

【The Story Behind Antique Elegance Piano Design】
～About the Songwriting～
This is the story of the original print that took over a year to complete.
The very first thing we did when creating the Antique Elegance Piano Design was to “write a song”.
It would have been easier to use an existing piece of music to create a sheet music pattern, but that isn’t our Enchantilly’s way.
We started looking for someone who can write a song.
We asked Coco from Die Milch, part of designer Fumiel’s cat family, for a kitten inspired song.
The idea was to create a piece that reflects a kitten attempting to walk gracefully like an adult cat, but in reality, a curious kitten sees everything as a completely new world. The kitten is fascinated by everything it sees, not walking straight but rather moving as if dancing a waltz. We shared this concept to Coco and together we completed a piece “Kitten’s Waltz”.
After the song was completed, we had piano and violin play the music along with the sheet music to further expand the imagination, then we created the visual concept.
